Alicia Reagan

Voice for the Vulnerable Founder

Alicia is the proud mom to her 6 beautiful children, Briley, Caleb, Isaiah, Audrey, Macey and Elisha. God called Alicia to start Voice for the Vulnerable in October 2023. As a sufferer, Alicia knows first-hand the emotional and spiritual toll that living in this physical world with it's brokenness that shows up in our health, our relationships and our lives.

Through her own wrestlings, waiting and seasons of weeping, Alicia had a call from God to start a ministry to journey with others as they face these seasons and simply remind them of one truth that she cannot live without:

Jesus Is Enough

She launched Voice for the Vulnerable in January 2024, finished her Master's Degree in Biblical Counseling that same year, and is now following the leadership of the Lord as He is the lead of all we do here.

Abigail Watson

Podcast Co-host & Producer

Ministry Assistant

Abby is not only Alicia's cousin but also a lifelong friend and a fierce lover of Jesus. She is the devoted wife of Josh and a wonderful mother to four beautiful children—Joey, Shawn, Alana, and Miles.

Abby has been faithfully serving behind the scenes as the producer and editor of our podcast, but recently, she felt the Lord calling her to step into an even greater role within the ministry. With a heart for service and a passion for encouraging others, she has laid aside her private cosmetology work to dedicate herself fully to the mission of Voice for the Vulnerable Ministries.

As she takes on more responsibilities in the days ahead, we are incredibly grateful for her willingness to serve, her keen eye for detail, her spiritual discernment, and her unwavering faith. Abby's heart for our Lord and this ministry is evident, and we can’t wait to see how God continues to use her to make an impact!

Gillian Logronio

Marketing & Social Media Director

Gillian is a devoted husband to his wife, Coney, and a loving father to their beautiful little girl, Victoria. His journey with our ministry began when he started working as Alicia's assistant in her marketing agency—the tent-making work that helps supplement both her and the ministry.

Through their conversations, she discovered Gillian’s powerful testimony as a born-again believer and his deep commitment to his faith and local church in the Philippines.

His passion for serving others and sharing hope led him to take on the social media and marketing for Voice for the Vulnerable, ensuring that our podcast clips, encouragement posts, and ministry updates reach and uplift our community.

His dedication has been a tremendous blessing, allowing Alicia to focus on creating content while he skillfully packages and delivers it to those who need it most. Gillian’s heart for this work is evident, and we are beyond grateful for the time, effort, and creativity he pours into this ministry each week.
